- The bank balance in QuickBooks doesn't match the bank.

What we need from you
Read-only or accountant access to your bookkeeping software, and PDF statements for the months being rebuilt. Most banks let you download those in a few minutes. We tell you exactly which ones after the review, and we never need your bank login.
No judgment
Being behind is normal. Most owners who come to us are, and the review is where we work out how far. Nobody is going to lecture you.

How far back can you go?
As far as you need. Most cleanups cover the current year and sometimes last year. We agree the range in the review, based on what your accountant needs.
Can you fix books someone else did?
Yes. We review what's there, keep what's right, and correct what isn't, rather than starting over when we don't have to.
How is the catch-up priced?
As one fixed price, quoted after the free review. It depends on how many months are behind, how many accounts there are, and your transaction volume.
Do I have to sign up for monthly bookkeeping after?
No. Many owners do so the books stay clean, but the cleanup stands on its own.
