We'll recommend a setup in the review, usually QuickBooks Online, and set it up properly from the start.

One flat monthly price, set after the free review. Most businesses fall between $200 and $800 a month, and very busy or complex books can run higher. It depends on transaction volume, the number of accounts and how complex the books are.

No. If you're behind, the catch-up is quoted separately as one fixed price after the review.

Never. Your bank and card feeds come into your bookkeeping software, which you control. You invite us with accountant access and can remove us in one click.

You do. The books stay in your own software account, so if you stop working with us, everything stays with you.
