Who it's for
Monthly bookkeeping fits owners who get paid online or by card, have one to a handful of bank and card accounts, and would rather spend their evenings on anything else. If you're paying for QuickBooks and don't trust the numbers in it, or you only open it in January, this is the fix.
What it isn't
We're bookkeepers. Your accountant or tax preparer still prepares and files your tax returns. Our job is to hand them clean, reconciled books so that work is simpler.
How the price is set
One flat price per month, set after the free review. It depends on how many transactions you have, how many accounts we reconcile, and extras like payroll entries or several sales channels. Most simple books land between $200 and $400 a month. See the pricing guide.

Common questions
Do I have to switch software?
No. We work in the bookkeeping software you already use, such as QuickBooks Online. It stays your account and your data.
Do you need my bank passwords?
Never. Your bank and card feeds come in through your bookkeeping software. You invite us with accountant access and can remove us in one click.
Do I need to send you receipts?
Mostly no. The bank feed shows each transaction. When something can't be identified, it goes on a short question list for you, and you can snap a receipt or answer in a line.
What if my books are already behind?
We catch them up first, quoted separately after the review, then move to monthly. See cleanup and catch-up.
